Advertised for sale on carsales.com .au on 13 December 2018, asking AUS$275,000. The seller’s description follows: “This stunning, matching numbers right hand drive 1967 E-type 4.2 manual has been meticulously and painstakingly restored over a 4 year period to factory specifications with all receipts and documentation confirming the rotisserie restoration investment to the current owner. It was finished in 2007, and has been thoroughly enjoyed and maintained since. The production record trace certificate number confirms that it was built on the 28th April 1967 and distributed by Henleys Ltd in London to the original dealer, J.R. Inwards in Middlesex, and delivered to the original owner, Urmas Olav Aavelaid on the 8th June 1967 via J.R. Inwards in Middlesex. Showing a mere 11,378 miles since completion of the restoration, this vehicle has some very desirable and rare dealer fitted options including Webasto sunroof, steering lock, heated rear window and radio. As we understand, these were the only options available at the time.”
