Ebay item 10/25/19
www.ebay.com/itm/1966-Jaguar-XK-2-2/174075635909
Car has a buy it now price of $28,500 for 29 days, seller classiccarsandjeepparts, 7k miles.

Seller's description:
1966 Jaguar XKE Series 1 2+2 Coupe

Sold New by overseas motors in Fort Worth Texas to Ton Niell of Garland Texas then sold to 2nd owner in Dallas Texas in 1971. This XKE has been stored since 1971 inside a dry storage unit and is rust free. The second owner did not like the 4.2 Auto set up so he traded the engine and transmission into John’s jaguars in Dallas Texas for a 3.8 liter and 4 speed. The install was never completed and had been stored since 1971. The current head number is RA5362-9 and the block number is RA5362-9. Countless options for this rust free series 1 XKE, finish and enjoy AS IS. Convert to a roadster, chop the hard top and go resto mod, this is a great basis prior owner claims that the mileage showing of 07876 is actual we cannot verify that.

A very cool unique Series 1 XKE, clean 1971 Texas title.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
