Fully rebuilt to Sayer standard. Totally original. 24,000 miles driven since new. An early example of a Series III E Type, finished in British Racing Green with Biscuit leather interior. In right hand drive configuration, this roadster has manual transmission and the powerful 5.3 litre V12 engine. The vehicle has undergone a complete Sayer refurbishment to as new condition whilst preserving its character and originality. A superb opportunity to own an early, low mileage original Series III roadster from 1971.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
