The car was purchased in NY in 1996 in a very poor condition. It underwent a complete nut and bolt restoration by the current owner. Braking system is upgraded, tire size 205/70 VR15 on 6" wheels, stainless exhaust system. Car had all-syncro gearbox installed.

Can you provide a paint code & supplier for the Opalescent Maroon color. I cannot seem to find the original code anywhere.

Keith,
Regarding the question on 881067 about the color code of opalescent maroon:
Original paint from Pinchin Johnson opalescent maroon (new light), ref. No
CLR 23, thinners No 851 / 222
Now available for example from STANDOX Ref. 00893 or every other paint
manufacturer. Please take care that the filler has the right (dark) color as
modern mixtures do not cover very well, especially in this color.
