HISTORY;
I purchased this car in 1984 in Quebec. I restored to car once and drove it for about 14 years. The car had a slight accident on the bonnet before I owned it. (14 lbs of bondo ) NO STRUCKTURAL DAMAGE In restoring the car I changed the floor pans and the bonnet ( Martin from England) and reupholstered the seats using the best cow hid that I could find. A new windshield was installed at that time along with a fresh interior from the states.

The car was red when I bought it but the original color was Old English White

I installed a new convertible top (double duck) and I had the engine head gasket replaced and rebuilt the carbs rebuilt. A ten coat lacquer paint job (hand buffed) was applied. The car came with an Ansa exhaust system and that worked very well for many years. The chrome bumpers were replated and two new wire wheels were purchased from Dunlop India.

PRESENT;
The car is in a disassembled state. The engine was rebuilt with a new set of 20 over pistons installed. The mains are 20 under and the rods are 10 under. The car is complete EXCEPT for a tool kit and jack. There is a new, in the box, convertible top and a new window regulator. The carbs have been rebuilt with new floats and needles.

It will need a new interior along with a new rubber kit, exhaust system
and various other peaces in order to put it back in pristine condition.

If you want a car that is for the most part, uncomplicated and easy to rive and enjoy, this car is for you!

Reason for selling: I don't fit in the car anymore!!!

This is the only car that I have ever seen that they recommend a driver of no more that 150 lbs and an ideal height of 5ft 9inches. Believe it or not!!!!

I will reinstall the engine for transport. The car is on its wheels.

The is a dolly that goes with the car if you want it?

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
