Adorable1965 E Type Series 1 4.2 litre Roadster with matching numbers chassis and engine. 35,195 kms on the odometer. Finished in Golden Sand with Beige leather and carpet interior and Black hood. Wood and alluminium steering wheel. Radio. Dunlop disc brakes. Additional fan. Stainless steel exhaust. Wire wheels.
An original, left hand drive, matching chassis and engine numbers example, delivered new to Jaguar Cars New York and originally finished in Warwick Grey with a red interior and black soft top. Restored between 2015 and 2017, the car is in good mechanical and cosmetic condition throughout, this being supported by the accompanying professional valuation report.
Compiled in May 2018, the report states the bodywork, upholstery and mechanics have all been restored with authenticity, appart from the change of colour scheme, it concludes the E Type is in generally very good condition. Accompanying documentation includes Belgian Oldtimer registration papers, Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate, and the valuation report.
