Seen on eBay. Ad reads:
This E-type was restored by its previous owner to a good driver level condition. Lots of attention to detail was put into the restoration and also has very good eye appeal. This Jaguar is ready to go, drive it away or ship it from our showroom. You could show this XKE in a Concours and should do very well in the Driven class category. This E-type has a great overall look, and is a very good example. 1967 Jaguar XKE's are the most collectible of all E-types. This is the one to own!
The paint, interior, chrome, top and boot are in very good condition. Recent service includes brakes, carburetors, fluids, and a tune-up. This E-type has been fully detailed inside, outside, engine, and the undercarriage. There are toggle switches and full instrumentation. The interior has armrests and a center console. The headlights are covered with Triplex glass and a beautiful chrome rim.

RM Auction, 3/2003, Amelia Island, FL lot #64. Sports Car Market report reads:
"Partial older restoration in a tasteful color combination, looked like a great driver. Nice panel fit, very clean interior. Could have used a good wet sanding and a great engine detailing. Chrome wires."

Auction description:
1967 Jaguar Series I E-Type Roadster
LOT 138
CHASSIS#: 1E12836
ESTIMATE:
$ 60,000 -- $ 80,000
Presented in Opalescent blue – a rare, but highly attractive original Jaguar color - with a dark blue interior, top and boot cover and with chrome wire wheels, this remarkable E-Type has great eye appeal. Paint, interior, chrome, top and boot are all in very high point condition having all benefited from a thorough and noexpense-spared restoration several years ago.
The current owner purchased this E-Type shortly after the restoration and being a fastidious and enthusiastic owner and driver he set to ensure the mechanical driving condition was to not only peak performance but optimum driving ability as well. Accordingly, he commissioned a local East Coast specialist to fully rebuild both the motor and transmission. Today, the car drives faultlessly and we understand needs nothing to be truly enjoyed.
The Jaguar has always benefited from routine care and maintenance and remains in excellent condition throughout with wear showing only in limited areas.
This 1967 XKE Roadster is mechanically well sorted and can be driven and enjoyed as well as being shown with pride in any concours event.
