I believe this was built with no glass over the headlights but not sure. Everything else is series 1 ?? I am the third owner I believe. The car was in an accident(s) in the past (prior to my ownership) and has been repaired but not a perfect car. I was hoping to find out if my car was built as a pure series 1 or part of the gradual conversion (1.5) towards the series 2. Thanks smitty

Smitty, the glass was discontinued for USA and Canada at 1E14532, world wide at 1E14535. Otherwise there were no major changes until the introduction of the '68 cars which looked the same outside but the engine and interior were like series 2 cars.
