Sellers description:
True "Survivor" 1968 Jaguar Series 1 Roadster with 100% factory original paint and 44,576 original miles since new. One-owner car purchased new in Sacramento CA, still retains original black California license plates and original dealer license plate frames. Rare Opalescent Silver/Grey on black color combination. No rust ever, 100% factory-original metal. Numbers-matching engine and transmission, all original components throughout. Parked in a garage since 1978 and not driven for 35 years. Original paint shows its age, but spare tire area paint still looks new. Interior is replaced new with black Connolly leather (according to factory specifications) and soft top and headliner are new. Our Master Technician Gino Pagano started the engine and serviced it: engine fires on all cylinders with excellent compression. All other mechanical systems need to be checked prior to driving.
