Sold by Classic Motor Cars of Bridgnorth in March 2025. Seller's description below.
www.classic-motor-cars.co.uk/carsales/jaguar-e-type-4-2-fhc/
Stunning 1966 E Type 4.2 Fixed Head Coupe, is finished in probably the most popular colour combinations of Opalescent Grey with Red leather interior. A car well known to CMC, sold by us previously and presented in fabulous order with a huge history file.
This Series 1 with the desirable 4.2 engine was dispatched to UK dealer, Sanderson and Holmes in 1966, then delivered to we are sure its excited first owner Mr J Waldron of Derby. The car has previously enjoyed a complete restoration, the comprehensive history file and photographic record indicates that it was a very complete and thorough job. The car as near close to that condition as you can expect. It presents beautifully . We sold this this stunning E Type to its current owner in 2014, this car having latterly spent some time enjoying the Portuguese sunshine. A change of of circumstances warrants a regretful sale.
Prior to being offered for sale, this wonderful E Type has undergone some mechanical works in our workshop and is now in fantastic turn key condition. It wants for nothing and will turn heads wherever she goes. It will be sold and handed over with a huge history file, Jaguar Heritage certificate, photographic record, fresh service and MoT and a comprehensive CMC warranty.
