Ebay item 1/3/09

Car has a buy it now price of $16,500, available for 4 days, one offer. 31k miles.

Sellers description:
This 1967 Jaguar Coupe has been owned by the same individual since the mid 1970s. This is NOT a 2+2. It has been on blocks and in storage for a very long time and has not been registered since 1979. This car has 31,260 miles which we believe to be original. It is in need of a complete restoration. This Jaguar is not a matching numbers car with a Series 1.5 or Series 2 model 4.2 E-type engine. The body appears to be solid. The paint is very old and is chipping off the car. There looks like there is some rust on the floors, which will probably need to be replaced. The Chassis number is 1E33827. The condition of the engine and mechanicals are not known. It was running fine before it was stored. They will have to be gone through. It does roll for transportation purposes. This car is being sold in its current condition as a restoration project. Also has a Jaguar tool kit! Harwood Restorations would be more then happy to restore this car back to its original glory for a client or do a custom for someone who wants something out of the box or different! This automobile is available for inspection in Victor, NY

Luke, FYI, my car, 1E34236, has a similar aftermarket air conditioner (CoolAir, Miami). Your's is the only other example I have seen. The under dash and R/H firewall blower on my car look the same however my compressor is mounted in front of the engine meaning the radiator expansion tank was relocated to the right and the intake duct to the heater is still intact. Photos of my car are on this website.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
