Opening bid $7.5k (Reserve not met), no bids yet, 5 days left in auction.

Sellers comment:
This is a triple carb, 4.2 (non-matching) driver quality Jag. This is a great opportunity to get into an unmolested E-type for little money.

Vehicle Condition
The car has a high volume radiator with twin electric fans. The carbs and windscreen wiper motor have been rebuilt. This vehicle has NO rust and has the original floors and body. Mileage indicated is not correct the speedometer was rebuilt. There is some small ding repair on the drivers door. The interior is original so it could use some repair or replacement. The front seats are in great shape. The chrome is in very good to good condition with exception of the rear tail lights which are pitted. The paint is in fair condition with noticable blemishes on the drivers door. The original wire wheels have some rust but clean up pretty nice. I have a bunch of stuff like rubber seals and such that came with the car that will also go with the car. The car was originally from southern CA then went to southern AZ where I bought it. It is now in Sacramento, CA.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
