Car listed on EBay:
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll

Jaguar : XKE
98% RUSTFREE 2+2 AIR CON ORIGINAL C.A CAR!!
Miles: 98000 Doors: 2 doors
Transmission: Manual Interior: Black
Engine: 6 - Cyl. Year: 1967
VIN Number: 1E77255 Exterior: Yellow
Options: Leather Seats
Vehicle Description: Direct from a local estate sale and exclusively for sale on ebay on proper auction terms that is low start NO RESERVE - a 1967 matching no's XKE 2 + 2, 4 speed with factory air (compressor missing), in it's original and rare primrose yellow. This is the only 2 + 2 you should be bidding on, this car has spent almost it's entire life in sunny California and the rest of it's life in Ohio in dry storage and is 98% rust free. You will be hard pushed to find a better or more solid body. The floors, rockers, trunk, trailing arm mounts, space frame, hood, tailgate and underbelly etc. are all original and very solid, no welding ever done and ABSOLUTELY no bondo in them, check out the pictures of the underneath the camera doesn't lie. The car has not been started for the last year since the owners passing and is now in Kissimmee, Florida. I have checked the car over and the engine has done an original 98,000 miles from new (it is on the title stated as actual miles), it spins over freely and has good cranking oil pressure, it will need a new fuel pump and carburettors cleaned out to make it a runner, it has not been used since the owners death but apparently ran well then. It also has a good brake pedal and clutch, you should be able to drive it with just a weekends work. This XKE has very good chrome wheels, good glass and a usable interior, there are also the original handbooks, dealer listing handbook, lubrication chart, original warranty registration card and other original paperwork in the original Jaguar envelope. There is also another interesting little book, it is a handwritten diary of the first owners experiences and expenses from 1967 to 1984, it's all very cute and a nice thing to own. In the back of the car there is also approximately 100 editions of "EJag News Magazine" dating from the early '80s. There must be $300 worth of these alone. The XKE also comes with a large box of service items such as filters, plugs, wipers etc. and also has a full size car cover. These cars can make. when restored, $20,000 +, this car is an original (except one repaint) whats it worth?
Vehicle Condition: A very solid restoration project or driver with a little work. There is a small hole just in front of the passenger front floor where someone used the wrong type of jack - but it is easily fixed and is about the size of a grapefruit. The bottom edge of both doors has some very small bubbles on them and there is very little rust elsewhere, it's basically a 98% (or maybe even better) rust free car, so it's going to be a very easy restoration and rewarding too.
With 6 days 12 hours to go there have already been 12 bids to a price of US $3,383.33

1967 matching #'s XKE 2+2, 4 speed with ac (compressor missing) Original Primrose yellow. Car spent most of it's life in California & then in dry storage in Ohio when owner took ill. Car is 98% rust free real solid Floors, rockers, trunk, trailing arm mounts, space frame, hood tailgate and underbelly are great. When I bought the car I had got it running, real good oil pressure, and no ticks. I sent carbs out to Apple Hydrulics in new york for complete rebuild and no fuel has been in them since. I purchased new suspension parts, fuel pump, fuel sending unit, and others. Body shop took front bonnet, doors,& rear deck off car to prepare for paint years later car still has not been touched. I have all original glass, door panels, latches, and window frames car is missing nothing. Has 5 original wire wheels, owners handbook, and misc. paperwork. I also have some original tools, the jack, and also the factory air cleaner ( I removed it to show carbs ).

Car is in Germany and currently offered for parts or the entire project
seems to be in a worse state than last documented plus some dents from shipping minus some parts, like lights etc. major rust in the footwell plus the edge of the spare wheel recess, probably due to the missing rear window water found the way in the car ..
