This 1968 EType 2+2 is a conversion by previous owner from an automatic to a manual using all Jaguar parts. At the same time the ignition system was converted to pertronics. The rear end was re-built....brakes and u-joints. The driveshaft was rebuilt. The interior is new except for rear seat which is original. There is a new Retro-stereo with Bluetooth. New aluminum radiator. The rear diff ratio was changed to a 3.07 and the diff was rebuilt. The speedo was changed to match the diff. Total mileage unknown hence the zero in description. The car does not have air conditioning. All gauges function save for the clock which requires a battery.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
