1968 E Type Series 2 Roadster LHD

Year: 1968
Price: £100,000 (approx €125,680 euros)
Chassis number: 1R10601
Registration number: Applied for.

This is a nut & Bolt restoration with few miles since completion. The exterior is old English White. To the inside is burgundy hide & matching carpets. The car is very drivable & fast with space to spare for those of us long in the leg. The spec during the build was to set the car up for fast road use & in that department it does not disappoint.

It boasts a high specification with triple Carbs, 5 speed 'box & a modern top of the line sound system.

The exterior is finished in gleaming white paint in perfect condition. Underneath the car is like it is on top. To the interior is burgundy hide again in lovely order complimented by burgundy carpets. The car sits on four new chrome wire wheels.

Under the bonnet the car is well detailed & in fine order. The engine starts readily & pulls very very strongly in all gears; the 5th gear making for relaxed high speed cruising.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
