This auction is for a very rare E-Type Jaguar 2+2 Series 2, 1968 with only 3 previous owners.

The car is the second of this model to be manufactured.

    Serial number IR35002.

The engine size is 4.2 litre. Interior, red leather trim.

The car is all complete and original but is not in mint condition and would benefit from some

    restoration-T.L.C.

I have owned this car for 8 years and covered only about 1,500. last year only covered 150.

I have had the car garaged all the time since I have owned it.

The car was M.O.T. last week. and is tax exempt.

This has had regular M.O.T.'s and has had many new parts since I have owned it.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
