This is a rust free 2 owner Colorado and Alabama car which is currently in Atlanta, Georgia. The first owner was in Denver, Colorado / 2nd owner Birmingham, Alabama. This car is a great project car. The car has lots of parts to complete but is missing a couple of parts. Some of the parts that are missing include the bonnet and Transmission Housing. The car is very solid and is rust free. The car comes complete with the original owner manuals and Bill of Sale from new. The car has a Georgia Registration. This car needs complete restoration but would be a great car to start with. The car ID# is as follows: Chassis No: 1R 40543

Opening bid $1,969 reserve not met no bids yet, 8 days left in auction. Car now located in Norwell, Massachusetts.

Sellers description:
1969 Series II E-type spent most of it's life in Colorado and the body shows it. This is a terrific car to finish off, because the body is in such nice condition. The floors and the sills are in really solid with no rust. The bottoms of the doors are real nice there is no rust on them. There is a dent in left hand side quarter that should pop out easily. The Tripex glass is all tinted, because the car once had air conditioning. The interior as far as the rear seats and the door panels are in nice shape. The driver's seat does have a rip in it where you sit. The passenger side seat is in good condition. The dash has no cracks and is in good shape. The engine was rebuilt about 2 years ago. It was taken out, boiled, had new lower bearings and new piston rings installed. The parts that are missing are the bonnet, the rear bumper, the cylinder head and the gearbox.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
