automatic.It is a factory air conditioned car. Numbers matching car.This a virtually rust free car. The only rust is a small hole under where the battery goes. Also created a small hole (SMALL) in the drivers toe board , otherwise there is no rust in this car. The gray color you see is not primer. It is the original Warwick Gray color that came with the car from the factory. The car was purchased in San Franciso in '69 , moved to Washington state and then parked. I bought it here in Minnesota where it had been stored again for many years in a shed. There are no dents and very few dings. I bought the car as a running driving car, but on close inspection everything was worn out. Bushings , motor mounts seals etc. All the things a stored car ends up with. So on with the dismantling of the car.Every part was bagged and tagged, all stored in bins. Every parts was semi cleaned and bagged. It is all there. I then had the engine re-built with high compression pistons. Crank was re-ground, new everythig. The heads were also gone through with a mild port and polishing done. All new parts. Since I bought the car I have been collecting new , NOS and used parts. Most everything to build this car goes with it. As you can see in the pictures I have drawers full of new parts. Motor mounts, rack and pinion mounts, seals, hoses, ignition wires, virtully everything to re-build this car. Also to go with the car is a complete stainless steel bolt kit. This kit replaces every nut and bolt in the front suspension and sub frame. The carbs have also been totally rebuilt. At least one set of good wire wheels in new or like new condition go with the car, with a few spares. The back seat and dash are in excilent condition and would not need to be touched. The fronts are not bad either but show wear that a 40+ year car would have. Could be salvaged though. I have all door cards , panels etc.I also have a new leather counsel cover. The wiring is in great condition with only the cloth covering needing replacement. Rhode Island Wire does this. This would be a huge saving as new wire harneses are $1200. As you can see from the pictures the front sub frame is in super shape. No cracks. Some pictures show the car under dismantling so you can see how rust free the car was.The "orange" color you see is carpet and insulation adhesive not rust. After which I coated the interior with POR 15 to preserve it (also shown). The fuel tank was boiled out and sealed , then coated with POR. The bonnet is also in great rust free condition. The "Sugar Scoops" are solid. No separation of any panels. Look at the pictures this is a solid car. I'm sure I have left something out as I have been collecting parts for a while. I hate to see this one go but I have relised I have more projects than years on the planet something must go.This is an excellent oportunity for someone who has the desire to restore an iconic car of the past. Unsure of mileage, Ebay forced a number. The doors are rust , ding free as well.
