Current bid $2,025 reserve not met, 2 bids 9 days left in auction. 51k miles.

    Sellers description:
1970 Regency Red E-type comes with a beautiful tan interior. It is a fully matching number car and has the desireable 4 speed synchromesh gear box. This car has been well looked after over the years. There is no rust on the car and it still has the original floors and sills. The car was always Regency Red as you can see by the frame rails and the trunk area. A few years ago the engine was rebuilt. At the same time the rear end was taken out and new bushings, new rotors and new u joints were installed. The same applies to the front end receiving the new parts. Two years ago the front seats were re-upholstered with Connolly hide and the carpets were replaced. This car is great driver, but not a concourse car. The car does not have the clumsy air conditioning in it so it makes the dash area a lot cleaner looking. I have all the receipts for all the work that has been done. I have the handbook and the original spare is with the car. The windscreen will need to be replaced as there is a hairline crack in it. I have a clear title for the.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
