Ebay item 8/4/14
www.ebay.com/itm/Jaguar-E-Type-2-door-roadster-Former-daily-driver-Good-restorat ...
Current bid US $10,100 reserve not met 6 bids 10 days left in auction.
Sellers description:
I have owned and garaged this auto since 1976 however; it hasn't been driven as a daily driver for the past 10+ years. The car starts, drives, and runs well. Although tires and tubes are in good condition they are 30+ years old... so if you are the winning bidder, I would suggest shipping to your location. The interior is original with a few exceptions, Naugahyde covers dash and radio fascia. She has small dents, dings and off color paint in various places that the previous owner had repaired. Windshield is cracked on driver's side. Repaired the driver side sill (rust underneath battery) but it's not proper. I purchased the car with a dented passenger foot well and never replaced it. Engine, drive train, clutch, and brakes are in good condition. Complete brake job front and rear and new clutch in the early 80's. There is damage to bonnet top (dents) and poor repair of cam hump, dent in passenger side front fender, old bondo repair behind gas cap. Mileage is approximately 64,000. Speedometer was repaired by Checkered Flag New Haven, CT and reset in 1977 with approximately 25,000 miles on car.
