Current bid $20,000 reserve not met, 2 bids, 6 days left in auction. 57k miles.

Sellers description:
The Car was purchased in 1984 after restoration.I'm The second owner. All service records including restoration are available.Always garaged under cover since purchase. Although not a show car it is an excellent driver and runs strong. Repairs over 23 years have been minimal. Shortly after restoration there was a short in the headlight switch which resulted in replacement of the dashboard including all instruments, wiring and switches. Since its been 23 years since restoration, the body and exterior show some signs of normal wear consistent with it being driven about 5000 miles. There are a couple of items that could be repaired/replaced at minimal cost.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
