Ebay item 3/3/20
www.ebay.com/itm/1971-Jaguar-E-Type-V12-Roadster/402134231105
Current bid: $1,025 reserve not met 2 bids 9 days left in auction, seller dusty356a, 23k miles.

Seller's description:
"Barn find": 1971 Jaguar Etype Roadster: Solid original body; 23,981 original miles; all numbers match; stored inside a West Coast barn since the 1970's. The rear of the car is original paint, the bonnet was repainted due to rock chips. Our techs rebuilt the carburetors and serviced the engine, runs evenly on all cylinders with excellent oil pressure and compression (see video); all other mechanical systems need to be checked prior to driving. On the V12 Jaguar models the early ones with chrome bumpers look the best, and many enthusiasts prefer the original steel sport wheels to wires. Jaguar Heritage Certificate included.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
