Advertised for sale on carsales.com.au 24 September 2023, asking AU$189,000. The car is in Canberra, Australia. Seller’s description (edited) follows:
This Series 3 V12 4 speed manual E-type is the 59th last ever made and possibly the last brand new import direct into Australia of it's type. Delivered new to Bryson Industries dealership in July 1974, this car has been in my family for around 45 years. It is still fantastic to drive.
Original Old English White paintwork, original red leather seats, original red carpet this is a very rare unrestored and unmodified genuine RH drive car that has only driven 50,000 KM's.
The 5.3 litre V12 engine is smooth and powerful and still purrs like a dream. In good condition for it's age and on full registration this open two seater comes with its original hard top.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
