Auction description:
True Greats London England
Thursday 30th November 2006
Lot 137
1973 Jaguar E-Type S3 V12 Fixedhead Coupe
Registration no: NAM 29M
Chassis no: 1S51914
Estimate: £18,000-20,000

This magnificent fixedhead 2+2 finished in the traditional British racing green with biscuit trim is in exceptional order throughout having been the recipient of a comprehensive restoration between 2003 and 2006. This restoration included a bare metal re spray and a complete mechanical overhaul. Fitted with the more desireable manual gearbox, it comes with a history file detailing the restoration and photos of the rebuild, along with a heritage certificate, MoT until April 2007 and the UK V5 logbook. A genuine right hand drive car, the vendor describes it as in excellent condition , stating that it drives beautifully.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
