The first owner was a United States Army officer stationed at West Point Military Academy. The car went with him when he was stationed in West Germany in 1973 and then returned to the United States. Imported into the United Kingdom from Texas in 2016 and sold by Toby Smith Cars in June. Previously listed on eBay, the URL is:

Described as a 1972 FHC v12 in powder blue with a red leather interior. It has 53,000 miles on the odometer and history from new. It is totally rust free from Texas and just requires time to re-commission it. It is absolutely straight with excellent factory panel gaps and one re-spray which will polish up like new. The floors are fantastic and there is no rust on it anywhere. The engine has been running and sounds superb, exactly as a 50k engine should.
It needs the following work, fuel tank cleaned, fuel pump serviced, carburettors serviced, new water pump, radiator hoses and a good service. The engine is super tight and free from any tappet or growly nasty noises. The body has no dings or dents, it will just need a good polish.
The interior is fantastic, totally original and untouched from the day it left the factory. The car comes with dozens of invoices from new including the original sales invoice. The car was put away in the early 80s where it remained until a few months ago. With only three documented owners from new it is an unusual car.
