Just found this 2+2 E-Type in a garage in West Newton, PA. Nice body, nice original interior, original engine rebuilt in 1996-not presently running. It was restored in 1995-96 and has been sitting for at least the past 10 years. We plan to get it running and back on the road!

Sellers description:
Listed for sale by Coventry Garage LLC is a 1972 JAGUAR XKE V12 2+2 COUPE with its original engine and manual transmission THAT IS IN WONDERFUL CONDITION. VIN#1S 73234 Our "buy it now" price is $32500.00 but we will entertain offers.
This is a matching numbers car with a manual transmission. It has only 48510 miles on it. This very nice V12 E-Type runs well, has VERY nice British racing green paint with very nice recently re-dyed tan interior, 4 new General Altima tires on very nice newer wheels and very nice floors and sills. This car has very few miles on it since repainted in 2002. The previous owner had this car for approximately 25 years and had it on the road very little. We found this car sitting in his barn next to a huge John Deere tractor. He had the car painted and a new headliner installed and both are very nice! Although he did a lot of work to this car, he lost interest in it.
We just installed new clutch master cylinder, new clutch slave cylinder, new clutch fluid bottle and hoses. We also just installed new brake flex lines (3), new brake master cylinder, new brake senders and bottles, all new brake fluid, new electric aftermarket fuel pump, new up-rated torsion bars, changed the oil and spark plugs and installed a new battery. This car runs, shifts and brakes well. All gauges and lights work as they should. Most of the chrome is original- not rechromed- and in OK condition- not really bad- just original and has some scratches on the flat surfaces. This is a very nice driver condition car, although with some attention to the engine compartment, it could easily be a Concours car.
This car has very good floors, sills and trunk area. The only rust I have seen on this car- and it is very little- is on the passenger side floor front where it meets the vertical bulkhead- just some paint attention needed. The rear hatch is missing the exterior chrome trim surround; the driver's door may need a new hinge pin as that door sags a little when opened. The radio and air conditioning are not hooked up and there are a few heat shields that go with the car that were not reinstalled under the car. The engine compartment could use some detail work- carb housings shined, metal work shined, valve covers brightened, mostly just needs a good engine cleaning - nothing major- just being honest. We have tried to describe this car as accurately as possible; all the good and bad features have been addressed in this advertisement.
If you come out to see this XKE we can put the car up on our lift for you so you can view the car from underneath. Both Gary and I (Dan) are members of the Jaguar Clubs of North America and of our local Jaguar Club of Pittsburgh.
