I have showed it at the RockinAugust show in St Albert a few years and have got a first, second and third in class. It would be good to meet other owners here but art the all british field meet ther are very few that turn out.

Owned my car in Calgary for many years - great in the snow. I have been considering black wheels like yours, are they powdercoated or what???

My wheels in the photo are powder coated in a dark Green - as close a colour as I could get to the body colour. I have a set of Chrome wires as well. I tend to use the green wheels when doing long trips or in iffy weather as they are easier to clean than the chromed wires.
What is your car, leave me a number that I can put in in this database so I can have a look at it if you would.
I dont know of anybody else heer in Edmonton with a an etype actually running!

Love to see an E-Type used as its makers intended! I'd always wanted to do a transcontinental run across the U.S. when I owned 1E30036, but never got past the planning stages.

Advertised for sale on carsales.com.au 28 October 2022, asking $239,900AUD. The car is located in Adelaide, South Australia. Selling dealer’s description (edited) follows:
Delivered new in 1963 to a West London owner by Mid Surrey Motors of Byfleet, Surrey. We hold a Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust certificate attesting to its origins and confirming matching numbers. It was originally Opalescent Blue with Dark Blue interior. At some stage it was in Canada where it probably changed to it's present colours of Metallic Dark Green with Doeskin interior. Documents and photos show it in the UK around 2008 and that it was imported to Australia in 2014. An Australian Import Approval dated 20th of June 2014 comes with the car. Recently serviced by Classic and Sportscar Boutique of Norwood, South Australia at 16,742 miles.

I’ve been eyeing up this E Type for some time, but it’s gone from $170 -$239K through dealers hands and clearly it’s not sold.
It’s been everywhere, looks a nice car but with a significant deviation from standard and I just don’t get it particularly the speculative prices, as it’s price well above local cars with documented history - who are they kidding?
Does anyone know of it pre 2006 or it’s origins?
Great site by the way very valuable information.
