I have owned this car for the last 45 years. I just had it restored from top to bottom and front to rear. It looks better than the day it came from the factory. I will soon be posting pictures of the car and at that time I will offering it for sale.

The Holy Grail of E Types! Chassis number 875279 (so the 279th car built). June 1961 Series 1 roadster with external bonnet latches, welded bonnet louvres and flat floor pans. Two owners from new (the last had the car for more than forty years!). Totally ground up restoration over a forty year period using all original parts wherever possible. Matching numbers and original colour, as verified by the Jaguar Heritage certificate.
