Ebay item 7/13/04
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll
Current bid $22,500.00 (Reserve met), 15 bids, 5 days left in auction. 60k miles.

Sellers description:
E-type roadster, flat floors and welded louvers with 5-speed transmission update, 1 wire alternator and stainless exhaust. Opalescent silver repaint with burgundy vinyl interior. Original interior color was Red. Top is white vinyl. Purchased from the original owner 5 years ago. Motor currently in the car is a 3.8 from a Mark X. I have the original, numbers matching 3.8 motor and transmission. The original motor had low oil pressure due to worn bearings. All numbers match. I have some of the original tools.

Vehicle Condition
Paint is nice but not show. There is a dent under the bonnet nose from hitting a porcupine. Interior should be redone in leather. The car is meant to be a driver, especially with the transmission update. THERE IS NO RUST! The mileage is not actual.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
