    1964 Jaguar 3.8 E-Type Roadster. Series one, 66,129 miles, 4 speed manual transmission, 3.8 in-line 6 cylinder engine. Numbers matching. Solid body and frame, no rot or rust. Mechanically in great shape. The overall performance is breathtaking. Drives like a dream. Replaced gear box w/1965 fully synchro transmission. However, still have original gear box, 1964 original crash box - non synchro transmission - original gear box is in good condition and is included in sale. All the gauges are in good working condition.

    This car is my baby and I hate the idea of selling this car. However, due to my up-coming marriage I do need to let my baby go.

    Have Heritage Certificate and all receipts since I have owned this car - 12/2001.

    This Jaguar represents a wonderful opportunity to restore an absolutely correct numbers matching original car. This car need cosmetics only. It was repainted approximately 15-20 years ago. Interior is original. Top is believed to be original and in good shape also.

    The car has been maintained by Terry Lippincott, a Jaguar specialist.

    I have had this roadster for almost a year and a half,and have driven it 2,700 miles. I have to say this car is an absolute blast to drive. The vehicle was purchased from a gentleman in Pennsylvania who purchased it in 2001. The previous owner performed many upgrades for example; installing an alternator in place of generator (original gen. included w/car), installing a Nardi steering wheel (original wheel included), rebuilding and installing a full synchromesh transmission (original #'s matching trans. included), installing an Alpine CD XM receiver w/6 disc changer (original radio included). Vehicle comes with JAGUAR DAIMLER Heritage Trust Certificate and receipts totaling $8,200 for repairs and upgrades. This is a numbers matching vechile with one repaint. Exterior Color: Opalescent Dark Green, Interior Color: Suede Green, Soft Top Color: French Gray. Date of manufacture: 2nd January 1964. Original Dealer: Jaguar Cars New York.

    The interior is original and shows its age. The paint is good for a driver, but is not show quality. There is scratch on the driver's side. Chrome is in nice shape.

    This Jag is nice and original underneath. This vehicle has never been in an accident! All original panels, no patches, just factory sheet metal. Clean title in hand!
