You are looking at a very rare, one family owned, 1963 Jaguar XKE coupe that has undergone a full frame off restoration inside the last three years. This vehicle was purchased November 15th 1963 from British Motor Cars in San Francisco California by the brother of the gentleman we acquired the car from. A smaller shop in Stockton Ca did the restoration called Crusader Cars, two guys run it by the name of Wes Rule, the other Chuck Tatem. They specialize in British cars and are known in the valley for doing ground up restorations. This car has had every piece gone through, the only non original parts that we know of are the radiator and fan that have been upgraded for handling the summer heat of California, an aftermarket cd player with newer speakers, and the generator has been converted to an alternator with a newer battery. The interior is redone in red vinyl and leather and is perfect. We have a copy of the original sales contract from British Motor Cars Dist. LTD.
Previous ebay auction received no bids.
