There is a reference to this car in Jaguar Driver magazine January 1995. It is an extraordinary story relating to the engine fitted to the car. It was E2004-9 being a number which started life in a factory D Type in 1954, either OKV1 or OKV 2. It was then 3.8 with triple sandcast 45 DCOE3 Webers. The article has two photographs showing the engine in situ in the car.
