Car offered at:
www.autoscout24.com/offers/jaguar-e-type-type-e-serie-1-3-8-litres-gasoline-red- ..._id=oci7kakmd8&source=listpage_search-results
Although the seller is based in France, it would appear the car is actually in the USA.

Seller's description:
Purchased by its current owner in Los Angeles in 1985, this Jaguar has been made more reliable and improved. The 6-cylinder was replaced by a Small Block 302 ci V8, the only one that could be mounted on the chassis without modifications. The preparation of this Jaguar was entrusted to a reputable garage in California and is particularly accomplished. The brakes were replaced, a 3-point roll cage installed, a custom wiring harness was designed, and semi-slick tires fitted. Although they make this car unique and very effective, the modifications are completely reversible.
