www.barons-auctions.com/auction_details.php

Auction description:
1964 Jaguar E-Type Series 1 3.8
First Registered: SRH 82B
Registration No:
SRH 82B
Mileometer: 15749
Chassis No:890181
MOT:March 2016

This vehicle was imported into the UK in 2015 having been partially restored in the USA. On arrival in the UK, additional restoration was carried out by TT workshops, predominantly on the suspension and undercarriage of the car. The body, interior, chrome, glass, wheels, suspension all present very well. Originally black, the car has been repainted red.

The original 3.8 L engine, as certified by the Jaguar Heritage Certificate, runs well and strongly. The gearbox has been replaced by an all synchromesh unit from a 4.2 L Jag.
Guide Price: £45,000 to £60,000
