This car is mentioned in "The Jaguar E-type a collectors guide" by Paul Skilleter on page 75.
All of the factory competition cars have a "S" prefix this car's number is S890193. The car was delivered to Pierre Bardinon of France.

This car had been sold to the well known jaguar owner in France JF Renault. Pierre Bardinon bought back "his" car in an auction. It is currently within his famous Ferrari collection at the "Mas du Clos".

The car was owned by french Collector Philippe Renault during the 80's and was brought in Italy (Recanati) by his son for a while. His son made some local historic races and demonstrations between 1984 and 1985 in Italy.
