Sellers comment:
a 1969 Jaguar XKE Coupe. This one is all original and extremely well perserved with no signs of prior damage or rust. The exterior looks to be in very nice shape with no excessive wear. the seat upholestry, carpet, door panels and dash are in great shape. No work needed there. It is ready to be enjoyed as a fun daily driver. The paint finish is still nice and shiney. It does have a dry spot and a dry crack on the hood panel. Otherwise the body is excellent and the paint is good. Door dings are usually present on used vehicles, but not on this one. This vehicle runs like the engine was very well taken care of. The overall condition of this vehicle's exterior is average but the mechanical, electrical, suspension, brakes, glass, chrome and interior a far above average.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
