This 1972 Jaguar XKE roadster is a Canadian-market example that was imported to the US in May 1972 and is finished in its original color combination of British Racing Green over Suede Green upholstery. The seller’s mother purchased the car in 1999 and has since added approximately 1k of its 20,600 indicated miles. Power comes from a 5.3-liter V12 paired with a four-speed manual gearbox. This Series III E-Type roadster is now offered with a Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate, factory manuals, a repair manual, a knock-off wheel wrench, removed emissions equipment, and a clean Pennsylvania title in the seller’s mother’s name.

The British Racing Green exterior details imperfections including paint chips, one area of crazing, and whitish blemishes that resemble water spots but do not clean off.

Approximately 10 years and 300 miles ago the car reportedly was serviced by Bobby Rahal Jaguar in Wexford, Pennsylvania, which included rebuilding and tuning of the carburetors, a brake-system flush, moving the ignition box from its factory location, and replacing the rubber doorsills. An ignition amplifier has been installed. Some removed factory emissions equipment is included in the sale.

Per the accompanying Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate, this car was manufactured on March 22, 1972 and distributed through British Leyland, Canada. The original colors, serial numbers, and dispatch date are also listed.
