    Car offered at:
    thecarnut.com/Jag73Titanium.html
Photos courtesy of Ivan at thecarnut.com

    Car description:
    1973 Jaguar e-type series 3 V12 roadster
Matching numbers, 42K miles, 4-speed, V12 engine, AC, factory hard top, wire wheels.
    VIN: UD1S22678

The car just came out of a long term storage. It was originally dark blue and was repainted to an attractive blue with a grey tint. The color looks similar to Titanium, which is used on modern Jaguars. Odometer only shows 42K miles and is most likely accurate.

Spare tire is the original Dunlop which has seen very little use. Spare wire wheel still has the protective grease. Engine has excellent oil pressure and sounds good.
Interior is quite nice for the age of the car. All gauges, including the clock, are in working order. Soft top is very good. Comes with the rare factory hardtop!
Hardtop is in very good condition but it could use paint. Car runs and drives but would benefit from a tune up. Body looks good and I cannot detect any signs of serious rust or accidents.

Comes with factory hard top, owner's manual, jack, knock off hammer and tool.
    Price: $33,900

    Car now offered at:

    collectingcars.com/for-sale/1973-jaguar-e-type-series-3-v12-roadster-14

    Seller's description:

    43,563 Km (Indicated)

    manual

    RHD

    Metallic Silver

    Black

    5.3L V12

    VIN UCIS22678

    Kingsgrove, NSW, Australia

This Jaguar E-Type Series 3 V12 Roadster is a stylish and desirable classic British open-top sports car, offered from long-term ownership and benefitting from a previous restoration.

Under the bonnet sits a naturally aspirated 5.3-litre V12, delivering around 203kW to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission.

This example is understood to have previously been located in the US, but is now located in Australia, where it has been with the seller for 10 years.

The car has been converted to right-hand-drive configuration.

The odometer indicates 43,563 Kms, though this is not warranted.

    Build year: 1973

    EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

This E-Type Series 3 V12 Roadster is finished in a timeless shade of metallic silver with either matching hard-top or a soft-top roof, over a black leather-trimmed interior, punctuated by chrome trim highlights.

It rides on a set of 15-inch chrome cross-spoke wire wheels with two-spoke knock-offs, fitted with Dunlop Sport Classic whitewall tyres.

Equipment includes a wood-rimmed steering wheel, a Kienzle analogue clock, Smiths gauges, dashboard rocker switches, an air conditioning system, and a Blaupunkt Aspen cassette stereo.

The car comes with a spare wheel.

    CONDITION

Specific notes from the seller include: a respray has been carried out during the previous restoration.

The seller notes a small oil leak from the rocker cover.

    SERVICE HISTORY

The last maintenance was performed in January 2025 at an indicated 43,562 Kms, which consisted of a general service.

The seller notes that an annual service has been carried out every January during their ownership.

Other notable maintenance includes the carburettors and fuel system being previously replaced, and new tyres and tubes fitted in March 2024.
