Current bid $2,193.80, 3 bids, 1 day left in auction.

Sellers description:
This is a 1974 Jaguar XKE 12 Cylinder Manual transmission Roadster.

It was part a private car collection that was destroyed in a garage fire.

The body was very solid but as you can see is now mostly in bad shape.

Some chrome still on bumpers and wheels.

Transmission looks good. Ohio Salvage title.

Engine turns over with a wrench to the crankpulley bolt

Genuine roadster

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
