This car had a extensive write up in the 12/82 edition of Ejag magazine. This was the Gran Turismo Jaguar that Freddy Baker drove. It was National Champion in C-Production in 1980, won GT-1 class at the Mid Ohio National race and took first overall at Nelson Ledges in GT-1 in '82. It was mentioned that the GT-1 rules changed putting the E at a disavantage and it lost its first race, Road Atlanta, under the new rules. Then the omment "Maybe then htis was 1E12841's swan song and Road Atlanta.
