Owner: Craig Gilbert

I've been the owner of this car since 1992. My father bought it new June 1968. It's currently in total restoration in my basement. IRS is about to go back together. Waiting on body to come back from dipper and oem e-coating. I'm thinking of opalescent dark blue with red interior.

The irs sits upside down with a newly rebuilt 2.88 dif and series 2 brake calipers installed. I'm currently building the rear hubs and installing the crankshaft in the engine.

Meanwhile, the shell, bonnet pieces, doors, rear latch, heater box, air filter box, etc. are in the process of being alkaline stripped and then e-coated at an OEM factory facility. Should be finished with that in 2 weeks, then body re-assembly can begin!

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
