Sellers comment:
1968 Jaguar XKE 2+2 4.2 liter six cylinder with Regency Red ext. and Black int., 70k miles, auto, air and red line tires. Auto was purchased in 1992 partially disassembled. Interior and all rubber were replaced. All else was detailed and reassembled. Chrome was not touched and is in very good condition as well as all glass. Rear window is heated. Engine uses no oil and runs very good. The transmission shifts crisply and the car drives and handles well. Neither engine nor transmission have been touched. Body is rust free and r straight. Air conditioner has not been charged and is believed to be operable. Radio is after market. Rear brakes may need work due to small leaking of fluid. Chrome on wires should be attended to. Car is a great everyday driver.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
