Sold by Fayreoak Classics of Cheltenham in July 2021. Amended seller's description below.
www.fayreoak.com/autos/1969-jaguar-e-type-4-2-roadster-rhd/

A magnificent example of an original UK right hand drive 1969 Jaguar E Type 4.2 litre Series II Roadster finished in Dark Blue with Black hide interior and sitting on excellent chrome wire wheels. The width of the wheels is slightly wider than the original to give better grip and ride on 205mm, otherwise completely original. Engine rebuilt by Forward Engineering Co Coventry less than 25k ago in around 2000. After being laid up for 3 years the car was re-commissioned in February 2016 and rolling road tuned. Jaguar Heritage Certificate 44718. Matching numbers. One of the most iconic cars ever produced and a thrill to drive away every time it is taken out. An original car which has not been messed around, ideal for the true enthusiast.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
