Car was present at Washington DC JCNA Concours in Rockville MD on Sept. 21, 2003
Owner says the car color is original and he called it Lapice Blue. He was VERY sure of the spelling.
It was a dark blue color but I don't see Lapice Blue listed in the color picker drop down here.
