THIS PARTICULAR JAGUAR YOU ARE VIEWING HAS UNDERGONE A 2 YEAR BODY UP RESTORATION WHICH WAS FINISHED IN 2002. IT WAS AN ORIGINAL SHEET METAL CALIFORNIA CAR AND WAS COMPLETELY RUST FREE BEFORE THE RESTORATION AND REMAINS SO TODAY. THIS BEAUTIFUL JAGUAR WAS ALSO NEVER INVOLVED IN A COLLISION. THE BRITISH GREEN PAINT WAS PROFESSIONALLY APPLIED, WET SANDED AND BUFFED TO A BRILLIANT SHINE AND STILL REMAINS STUNNING AND VERY SHOW WORTHY TODAY. THE LIGHT SADDLE COLORED LEATHER INTERIOR IS ALSO IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE FRONT SEATS HAVE BEEN REUPHOLSTERED BUT THE REAR SEATS STILL REMAIN ORIGINAL. THE CARPET, DOOR PANELS, HEADLINER AND DASH ALL REMAIN IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. HOW ABOUT THE REAR SEAT BACK WHICH MOVES FORWARD FOR MORE SPACE TO POSSIBLY ACCOMMODATE MORE LUGGAGE.EVERYTHING IN THIS INTERIOR WORKS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE A/C AND THE CLOCK. THE A/C DOES NOT HAVE THE CONDENSOR IN PLACE UNDER THE HOOD BUT THE OWNER DOES HAVE ONE WHICH DOES GO WITH THE CAR. THIS JAGUAR HAS THE SPECIAL ORDERED MANUAL GEARBOX WITH 4 SPEEDS FORWARD AND ONE REVERSE. IN THE REAR COMPARTMENT YOU WILL FIND ANOTHER CHROME SPOKE WHEEL WITH A NEW TIRE. UNDER THE HOOD OF THIS BEAUTIFUL VEHICLE IS THE HEART AND SOUL OF THE E TYPE JAGUAR. THE MASSIVE V-12 ENGINE WHICH WAS COMPLETELY AND PROFESSIONALLY REBUILT BY A BRITISH MASTER MECHANIC AT BRITANNIC AUTOS. THIS V-12 RUNS EXCELLENT. AT THIS TIME THIS JAGUAR HAD A NEW ELECTRONIC IGNITION SYSTEM INSTALLED, A NEW HIGH CAPACITY ALUMINUM RADIATOR INSTALLED, NEW SHOCKS INSTALLED, ALL NEW WEATHER STRIPPING AROUND THE DOORS AND WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED AS WELL AS NEW FLOOR MATS. The car was sold by a Lotus dealer located in Toronto at the end of July 2011 and transported with a container ship from Canada to Europe. The sale was conducted without inspection, based solely on photo and mutual trust.

This proved successful and the car responded absolutely to the expectations. The car was picked up at the quay in Oslo September 2011 and driven directly to its new home and has still the same owner in 2019.
