1970 Jaguar E Type / XKE
I purchased this car 4 years ago in California with the intent on getting it ready for the road but life changes and it has sat in my garage since.
This is a great soild Jaguar wont take much to get her on the road Repalces the Hoses and all fluids and that should be it i would guess.
I have installed a New set of what i think are period correct looking tires.
Before anybody asks there is NO Rust none at all Zero
The car is an Orignial California car and has been garage kept it whole life please look over the pictures i have a lot of documents from the 1St owner.
This car has really been cared for ill be sad to let her go but its a shame to leave her sit in the garage.

Sellers description:
1970 Jaguar XKE Series 2 2+2 Automatic Regency Red with Beige interior.43,000 miles Originally a personal export delivery car. Have original paperwork from first owner including metal warranty card with first owners name on it and a number of state of California vehicle registrations from the start of ownership in 1970 and then into the 1980's when it appear to change ownership for the first time. Numbers matching as per Jaguar factory heritage certificate. Very late and rare to find series 2 car with series 3 chrome wheels. Car has spent all but the last two years in Southern California, I have not found any rust on the car. 3 owners from new. Paint has flaws but in general car makes very good first impression. Car starts on starting fluid but carbs need to be redone to run properly. This is a very late series 2 Jaguar with the mag wheels which were rare to find on a series 2. Car is located in northwestern Connecticut
