For sale at Historics auction 6th June 2015

1970 Jaguar E-Type Series II Roadster (4.2 litre)

www.historics.co.uk/buying/auctions/2015-06-06/cars/ref-139-1970-jaguar-e-type-s ...

Registration ALG127J
Chassis Number P2R14589
Estimate £50,000 - £56,000

This Series II E-Type was originally exported to California in 1970 and was repatriated to the UK in 1989 when she commenced a substantial restoration. At the same time she was converted from left to righthand drive. The vendor is a keen car enthusiast and has owned ALG 127J since 1991 and has enjoyed driving this splendid example on the open roads of the Highlands. Finished in red with biscuit interior and supplied with a V5 registration document together with a current MoT test certificate and a history file, this Jaguar 4.2 E-Type is a delightful example and ready to enjoy the long balmy summer days that lay ahead.
