1973 Restored Jaguar XKE V-12 E-Type
This Jaguar has been restored meticulously over the past five years. All parts used are original and in mint condition and maintain the vehicles' originality.
The vehicle has been restored from the ground up beginning with the suspension, cooling/heating system, brakes, alternator, engine, exhaust, and interior.
Vehicle history is documented and the car title is in my name and ready to be passed on to the next owner. A full vehicle inspection has been done on the Jaguar.
Vehicle Condition
Ground up resoration began with an entire engine re-build on the V12. The rebuild was done by a certified Jaguar mechanic who specializes in E-Types. The engine has less than 150 road miles on it. The front and rear suspension were then completely re-built and re-alinged. The alternator was replaced and the radiator and cooling system replaced as well. Brakes were bled, pads replaced. Exhaust system was completely replaced from the manifold to the tailpipes. As previously mentioned the entire restoration used ONLY ORIGINAL PARTS.
The interior is black leather that has been restored. All dials, shifter, steering wheel, buttons are original. The convertible roof is also original and in great condition. A/C in perfect working order but in need of a charge.
The exterior paint is original Jaguar Red and in need of a new spray. The rear right quarter panel has several scratches suffered during transportation and the windshield has a crack along the front passenger side. Photos of this damage are available upon request.
The Jag runs perfectly and that can be felt in its power, performance and smooth ride.
